What we need:
As Digital Edge accelerates the build‑out of its data center platform across Asia, this Talent Acquisition Partner role is a hands‑on position supporting hiring across our most critical technical and operational teams. You will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for data center engineering, critical facilities, DC operations, construction, commissioning, and related infrastructure functions.
You will partner closely with engineering, operations, and construction leaders, bringing strong market knowledge, proactive sourcing capability, and disciplined execution to complex and hard‑to‑fill searches. In addition to delivery, you will contribute to improving hiring processes, candidate experience, and talent attraction across India and the wider region.
This role will be based in Mumbai, India.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for engineering, DC operations, critical facilities, construction, commissioning, and infrastructure roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on talent availability, and align on realistic hiring strategies.
- Execute proactive sourcing approaches, including talent mapping, direct search, and engagement of passive candidates in niche technical markets.
- Manage candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding, ensuring a professional and consistent process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high‑priority technical roles.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health, using data to improve outcomes.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with external recruitment agencies where required, ensuring quality and value.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, particularly within engineering and technical communities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes, systems, and tools across the region.
- Actively champion and implement the organization’s policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate:
- 5–8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally within engineering, data centers, critical infrastructure, construction, or adjacent technical sectors.
- Proven experience hiring for technical and operational roles such as data center engineers, critical facilities, commissioning, construction, and operations professionals.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with engineering and operations leaders.
- Solid sourcing capability and comfort working in competitive, candidate‑short markets.
- Data‑literate, able to track and interpret recruitment metrics to guide decisions.
- Clear, confident communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self‑directed, delivery‑focused, and comfortable working in a fast‑growth, evolving environment.
- Multilingual capability (English plus Hindi and/or Marathi) is a strong advantage.
