What we need:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the rapid growth of our Thailand data center operations. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across technical, operations, and corporate functions.

 

You will play a critical role in building a high-performing workforce in a competitive market, ensuring strong hiring outcomes and an exceptional candidate experience.

This role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

Talent Acquisition Delivery

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across Thailand (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment strategies
  • Deliver against hiring targets within agreed timelines and quality benchmarks

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring trends, talent availability, and market insights in Thailand
  • Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and regional TA teams

 

 

 

Sourcing & Market Mapping

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies for niche roles (e.g., data center operations, engineering, construction, critical facilities)
  • Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and industry engagement
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis

 

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment systems
  • Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline health)
  • Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies

 

The successful candidate:

  • 3-7 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in engineering, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, or industrial / construction / mission-critical environments
  • Proven track record of hiring in the Thailand market with a deep understanding of the local talent landscape and hiring norms
  • Strong sourcing capability for technical and niche roles, including data center operations, engineering, and critical facilities
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders, including country leaders and functional heads
  • Proactive, commercial, solutions-oriented recruiter with strong ownership and an ability to operate independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, regionally matrixed environment
