What we need:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the rapid growth of our Indonesia data center operations. This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across technical, operations, and corporate functions.
You will play a critical role in building a high-performing workforce in a competitive market, ensuring strong employer branding and an exceptional candidate experience.
This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Delivery
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across Indonesia (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support)
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment strategies
- Deliver against hiring targets within agreed timelines and quality benchmarks
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring trends, talent availability, and market insights in Indonesia
- Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and regional TA teams
Sourcing & Market Mapping
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for niche roles (e.g., data center operations, engineering, construction, critical facilities)
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and industry engagement
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Promote Digital Edge’s employer brand in Indonesia
- Ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support local branding initiatives, campus hiring, and industry events
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment systems
- Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline health)
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies
The successful candidate:
- 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in:
- Data center / infrastructure / telecommunications or
- Industrial, construction, or mission-critical environments
- Proven experience hiring in Indonesia market
- Strong sourcing capability for technical and niche roles
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Deep understanding of Indonesia talent market and hiring landscape
- Proactive, solutions-oriented recruiter with strong ownership
- Excellent communication (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
