What we need:

Reporting to the CHRO, this regional role will leverage your subject matter expertise to develop and drive all talent acquisition activities in the region.

 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment that includes but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
  • Develop and build a candidate generation strategy which includes industry/competitive research and sourcing tactics to attract passive and active candidates
  • Improve hiring manager’s capability with the interviewing processes and proactive networking through social media channels and employer branding as key source of talent pipelining
  • Own Talent Acquisition data and metrics while defines and measure achievement of key recruiting program to improve attraction and selection of talent and SLAs
  • Coach hiring managers on selection, interviewing and candidate experience best practices
  • Proactively negotiate and manage working relationships with vendors and external business partners to facilitate the generation of high-quality candidates and pre-screening services
  • Build out best practices on recruiting process and hiring metrics utilizing data, trends to gather insights to drive appropriate candidate generation and talent pool strategies
  • Develop and manage our internal Business Operating Support System to track candidate stages and enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our recruitment processes
  • Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization

 

 

 

The successful candidate:

  • Seasoned and mature leader with a minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience in data centres or high growth partnerships and infrastructure/telecommunications MNCs
  • Managed Talent Acquisition processes and programs focused on the recruitment process, candidate experience and employer brand
  • Decisive individual who understands the strategic goals and follows through with operational, implementation and detail-oriented actions
  • Ability to work autonomously as an independent contributor and brings a methodical process-oriented discipline to the hiring process
  • Possess strong resilience to drive outcomes in an ambiguous and matrixed environment growing at a fast pace
  • Ability to speak in Bahasa would be preferable
