What we need:
We are seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist to support the enhancement, optimization, and regional rollout of SAP SuccessFactors across Asia. This role will execute current committed projects, prepare for the next wave of improvements, and support integration with payroll and compliance systems. The successful candidate will ensure our HR technology ecosystem drives efficiency, compliance, and superior employee experience.
Key responsibilities:
Current Enhancements Delivery
- Complete ongoing projects including:
- Automated onboarding training integration and improve our LMS functionality.
- Hiring offer approval flow optimization.
- Optimise performance review process and job band restructure.
Future Enhancements & Regional Rollouts
- Oversee Payroll Vendor Integration (TMF) for Thailand and Japan, expanding to other countries.
- Optimize recruitment workflows including the introduction of interview scheduling, interview scorecards and improved workflow between recruitment and onboarding modules .
- Ensure Compliance & Workflow Optimization across all modules.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with the HR community, Talent Acquisition and system users to identify future optimisation projects
Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules including; Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Goals & Performance, Compensation.
- Project Management: Proven track record of delivering HRIS projects across multiple countries.
- Regional Experience: Strong understanding of HRIS deployment across Asia, ideally including Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia.
- Payroll & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll integration and compliance requirements in multi-country environments.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify system gaps and propose innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
The successful candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules.
- Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
