What we need:

This role will be responsible for Data Center Operations security and support customers security related

matters, to meet the requirements in large-scaled or complicated deals in the location. 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Develop, maintain and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
  • Plan and coordinate security for Data Center operations and specific events
  • Interface with colleagues, various groups and subcontractors  to implement customer security requirements and provide operation security support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and remediate security issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement security solutions, best practices, and tools to enhance the security posture of the data center
  • Manage risks and BCP requirement on security related matters 
  • Investigate security incidents, breaches and vulnerabilities to understand the root causes and develop strategies to prevent their recurrence
  • Investigate and write incident reports for management on security incidents
  • Coordinate and support for the existing and new initiative certifications such as ISMS, ISO 27001, 14001 and 45001, PCI DSS, etc., development and implementation works, taking guidance from HQ 
  • Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements

 

The successful candidate:

 

  • Past experiences in Data Center operation and security management is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards and regulations 
  • Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. Security Access system, CCTV)
  • Collaborative personality and able to build strong personal relationships
  • Ability to conduct investigations objectively and professionally regarding sensitive issues
  • Embraces change
  • Good competence in English is essential
  • A proactive and self-motivated mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and
