What we need:

 

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, integrating with other systems, and ensuring optimal performance and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Flow
  • Customize Salesforce applications using declarative tools (Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flow) and programmatic methods
  • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
  • Implement and maintain security controls, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
  • Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices, development standards, and platform limitations
  • Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and mentor junior developers
  • Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce environments
  • Optimize application performance and data integrity
  • Manage deployments using change sets, ANT migration tool, or CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, etc.)
  • Maintain documentation of technical specifications, system architecture, and deployment procedures


The successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred)
  • Proficient in: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL
  • Experience with: Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and middleware (MuleSoft, Jitterbit, etc.)
  • Knowledge of: Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
  • Familiarity with: DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado), testing frameworks, and CI/CD processes
  • Understanding of: Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON)

 

Additional Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
  • Knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud
