Reporting into our CEO in Indonesia, this role lead and drive the company’s overall financial strategy, performance management, and governance by overseeing Strategy & Performance Management (FP&A and Product Development) as well as Finance & Accounting, ensuring sustainable growth, financial discipline, and effective decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and define the company’s overall financial strategy and policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Oversee Strategy & Performance Management, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, KPI setting, and performance tracking to ensure achievement of financial targets.
• Drive corporate strategy execution and support key business decisions, including funding, capital allocation, and major investment initiatives.
• Oversee Product Development from a financial and commercial perspective, including business case evaluation, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis.
• Lead Finance & Accounting functions, ensuring accurate, transparent, and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK) and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and strengthen financial governance, including internal controls, SOPs, and cash flow management to ensure operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Report and present financial performance to senior management and shareholders, providing insights and analysis against historical performance and budget to support decision-making.

Technical Competency:

• Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (PSAK), financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, including capital allocation, funding strategies, and cash flow management.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into strategic insights to support business decision-making.

Non-Technical Competency:

• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and the ability to align financial strategy with overall business objectives.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leadership and present to executives.
• High adaptability and problem-solving capability in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.

The successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are an advantage.
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing FP&A, strategy, and finance & accounting functions.
• Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, corporate strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing cross-functional teams and driving business performance. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to support executive decision-making and lead transformation initiatives.
• English language skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
