What we need:

 

Reporting to Associate Director, Product Strategy, this role is responsible for platform-wide colocation product lifecycle management and initiatives. In this role, you will:

 

  • Own the colocation product lifecycle across markets.
  • Collaborate deeply with engineering, delivery, operations, and sales teams to ensure product readiness and adoption.
  • Shape commercial and technical strategy by understanding market insights, customer feedback, and internal capability.
  • Drive clarity in ambiguous environments, influencing stakeholders across executive and working levels.

 

We seek a Colocation Product Manager who can operate with strong ownership, structured product thinking, and the ability to drive crossfunctional alignment and standardization.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

Product Strategy & Lifecycle

 

  • Manage the Colocation product lifecycle for the platform over multiple countries and metros, including researching and analysing market conditions, identifying key competitors and customer trends, preparing product service definition documentation, developing pricing strategies and product policies, and launching the product to markets.
  • Own product policy and guidelines in operational DCs, e.g. SLA, PUE calculation, usage of common facility, etc.

 

Commercial & Product Performance

 

  • Conduct financial modelling for pricing and profitability with support from Finance, Corporate Development and other supporting functions.
  • Own Product List Price and Recommended Price.
  • Provide analyses and report on product performance to the management team, with recommendation and execution on improvements.

 

Data Centre Portfolio Management

 

  • Assist in managing customer portfolio in various locations and projects to improve site efficiency and financial returns.
  • Support demand capacity planning for space, cooling and power inventories and manage the cost required.

 

Sales & Market Enablement

 

  • Develop competitive landscape and sales tools, product collaterals and presentations, and conduct product trainings to Go-to-market team.
  • Provide necessary support to sales on major business opportunities.

 

The successful candidate:

 

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in commercial, product, engineering management in a data centre, digital infrastructure or telecommunication industry preferred.
  • A proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap development, feature definition, product performance management and improvement.  
  • Familiar with Data Centre, Connectivity, IT Networking, System, and Cloud Infrastructure, or other related technology fields.
  • Able to engage, influence and align other people to support your decisions at an executive and a working level, and for other stakeholders to do the work needed to progress your priority, initiative or project. 
  • Good command of English is a must
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required
  • Strong presentation skill both in written and verbal required
