What we need:

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the Indonesia commercial organisation, covering CRM data integrity, quotation and service order administration, contract documentation, and sales pipeline and booking reporting. The role serves as the central point of coordination between the Sales team and internal Finance, Operations, Customer Care, and Legal stakeholders for the activities that turn a commercial opportunity into a signed, delivered, and billable service.

The Sales Operations Analyst safeguards the accuracy and timeliness of commercial data and documentation, ensuring that accounts, opportunities, and orders recorded in the system reflect the true position of the business, that management reporting can be relied upon for decision-making, and that commercial approvals and documentation are completed in line with company policy.

Additionally, the position supports continuous improvement across sales operations processes and systems, including sales systems migration activity and the standardisation of templates, trackers, and reporting packs. This is an individual contributor role within the Sales team, with no direct reports.
Key responsibilities:

Maintain the integrity of commercial data in the CRM, including accounts, contacts, opportunities, pricing, and pipeline stages, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and updated in a timely manner.

Prepare and administer quotations, proposals, service order forms, and supporting commercial documentation, including version control and routing for internal approval.

Support the deal approval cycle by tracking pricing and discount approvals and ensuring commercial terms are recorded in line with company policy and delegation of authority.

Produce recurring pipeline, booking, forecast, and renewal reporting and dashboards for the Sales Director and regional stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly business review materials.

Coordinate the handover from signed order to service delivery and billing, working with Operations, Customer Care, and Finance so that installation, service commencement, and invoicing reconcile to the contract.

Maintain customer contract records, including terms, expiry dates, renewals, and escalations, and flag upcoming renewal and re-pricing actions to the Sales team.

Support tender and RFP administration, customer onboarding documentation, and the routing of non-disclosure agreements and contract documents with Legal and Finance.

Support sales systems administration and ongoing CRM migration activity, including data cleansing, data mapping, testing, and user adoption support.

Track sales performance metrics and target attainment, and prepare the supporting data for incentive and commission calculations.

Contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations processes, templates, and standard operating procedures to improve accuracy, cycle time, and reporting quality.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

Sales Operations & CRM Administration - Ability to maintain CRM data, manage opportunity and account records, and administer sales processes and workflows.

Data Analysis & Management Reporting - Ability to consolidate commercial data and produce accurate pipeline, booking, and forecast reporting and dashboards.

Order Management & Commercial Documentation - Understanding of the quotation-to-order-to-billing cycle, including service orders, contract records, approval routing, and handover to delivery.

Data Center & Connectivity Commercial Fundamentals - Understanding of colocation and connectivity commercial constructs such as recurring and non-recurring charges, rack and power units, cross connects, and standard contract terms.

Minimum Working Experience:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business or Commercial Analysis, Order Management, or Project and Contract Administration.

Hands-on experience working within a CRM platform (for example Salesforce, Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics), including data maintenance, pipeline updates, and reporting.
-
Demonstrated experience preparing recurring management reporting and working with large data sets in Excel.
-
Experience in Data Center, Telecommunications, IT Infrastructure, Technology Services, or other B2B service industries is preferred but not required.

Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal, and Operations.
