What we need:

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Infrastructure Operation, this role will specify, develop, and implement Digital Edge operational standards, processes, and procedures at program level. Govern and support the Country Data Center Operations team to ensure consistency of operation across the region.  Implement projects and support new initiatives in alignment to corporate direction.

 

This role will be based in Singapore.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Compile, prepare, and distribute the monthly platform management report, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Data Center operations processes, providing guidance and coordination across sites.
  • Review existing operational processes and documentation; develop, standardize, and implement new procedures to improve efficiency and governance.
  • Lead the onboarding of new data centers into operational systems, including configuration, accounts, inventory, and performance reporting setup.
  • Train operations teams at new data centers on internal portals, workflows, and customer ticket fulfillment processes.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits to maintain existing ISO and other certifications.
  • Drive the implementation and readiness for new audit and certification standards across the platform.
  • Support project implementation and deployment activities, including system rollouts and user training.
  • Assist in the review and evaluation of tender submissions, providing operational and technical input as required.
  • Manage appointed vendors during installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems and structured cabling works to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
  • Champion and enforce organizational policies and procedures related to occupational health and safety, information security, environmental management, incident management, and regulatory compliance.

 

 

The successful candidate:

  • Experience: 5-10 years in Infrastructure Operation and Project management. Familiar with Data Centre Uptime Institute requirements, Data Centre Operation process, Users training, Management reports preparation, Audits and Infrastructure projects.
  • Specific people skills: Good communicator, Vendor management, ISO Audits, User training, Report writing, Team player, Problem-solving, and Organizational skills.
  • Education level: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering Degree.
  • Systems and Tools: Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other relevant software.
