What we need:
Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel in Korea, this role will be responsible for coordinating all legal matters with respect to the local (Korea) legal entities by supporting internal stakeholders. This role demands business savvy attitudes as well as strong application of the company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
This role will be based in Seoul, Korea.
Key responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting and Review
- Investment related: JVA, SHA, MOU, MOA
- Financing related: Facility Agreement, Security Agreement
- Domestic Construction Contract, Service Agreement
- Hyper-scaler Colocation Agreement Review
- Executed Contract Management
- Corporate Governance (drafting of meeting minutes)
- Compliance execution
Actively champion and implement the organization’s policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate:
- Experience: 5-10 years in renowned local law firms or multi-national companies.

- Preferred experiences in
- Specific people skills: Good communicator, problem-solving skills.
- Education level: At least Bachelor’s Degree in local laws or in international laws.
- License: Attorney at law (Korea or international)
