What we need:

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Technology and Innovation, this role will lead our accounting transition to NetSuite and continuous CRM/ERP enhancement efforts.  The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with Sales and Finance on streamlining the quote-to-cash process and accounting support.  This includes working with business stakeholders on drafting business requirement documents, translating them to functional and technical requirements and driving development with developers.  This analyst will work closely with NetSuite and finance on transitioning our accounting module from Odoo to NetSuite.  This role will be based in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting transition from Odoo to NetSuite.
• Work with Sales and Finance stakeholders on understanding their requests and drafting detailed business requirement documents.
• Work with CRM/ERP architects, business analysts and developers on translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Work with project managers on creating project milestones, breakdown tasks, resource assignments, and timelines.
• Work closely with developers on ensuring implementation matching the designs as well as conducting code reviews and QAs.
• Update project managers regularly to ensure project status is up to date.
• Post Implementation: to continue to provide support the Finance on the accounting on Netsuite plus other related applications. This include further enhancements, bug fixes.
• Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization.

The successful candidate:

• 10+ years of CRM/ERP implementation experience in large and multi-national enterprises, preferably using NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
• 5+ years of experience on leading teams of business analysts and developers on accounting and finance implementation, preferably in MNC environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on finance, accounting and inventory implementation experience as a developer, preferably using NetSuite.
• BS degree in Computer Science, MBA a plus
• Must be a team player with strong drive for successful results.
