What we need:

 

Reporting to the Operations Director, Japan, this role will take care of customers to meet their requirement in large-scaled or complicated deals in Japan. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Manages new and existing complex customer installations, working cross functionally with other countries and regions to deliver services in the agreed timeframe and according to customer expectations, including planning, reporting and delivery
  • Leads internal collaboration sessions to ensure quality assurance and control during planning and implementation
  • Responsible for owning and resolving a wide range of standard and non-standard customer requests
  • Proposes and develops solutions cross functionally to solve non-standard customer requests
  • Understands customers’ footprint and contractual agreement and proactively assist in ensuring the contractual agreements are adhered to
  • Collaborates with existing customers to understand customers’ requirements for add-on services
  • Develops and maintains expertise on DE products and services
  • Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization

 

 

The successful candidate:

 

  • 3 plus years’ experience in Data Center Colocation provider business
  • Experience in a technical industry; preferably IT, telecommunications or data centers
  • Collaborative personality and able to build strong personal relationships
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and a dedication to resolving issues
  • Be calm and effective under pressure in professional manner
  • Able to plan, execute and perform multi-tasking
  • Embraces change
  • Good competence in English is essential
