What we need:
Reporting to the Head of Country Sales, the Head of Channel & Ecosystem Partnerships is a senior commercial leadership role accountable for building, scaling, and executing Digital Edge’s partner-led growth engine across APAC. The role is responsible for delivering material regional bookings through a structured and repeatable channel and ecosystem model while elevating existing partner relationships into coordinated pan-Asia strategic partnerships.
This role will be based in Singapore and operates as a regional overlay with accountability for partner-sourced bookings across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, and operate a scalable and repeatable channel and ecosystem business across APAC.
- Deliver regional bookings generated through channel and ecosystem partners, with clear ownership of indirect revenue targets.
- Define and execute partner strategy, including segmentation, coverage models, incentives, and rules of engagement.
- Professionalize and scale an existing base of local and regional partners into a cohesive regional channel model.
- Elevate strong local partnerships into coordinated, pan-Asia strategic relationships.
- Develop and manage selected global partner relationships that can originate or influence demand into Digital Edge’s APAC markets.
- Govern consistent partner execution across countries through a matrix and overlay operating model.
- Establish and maintain senior executive relationships with priority regional and global partners.
- Lead or influence complex, multi-country transactions where partner involvement is critical to winning.
- Shape go-to-market priorities, interconnection strategy, and investment decisions through ecosystem insight.
- Maintain accurate regional forecasting, pipeline discipline, and performance visibility for partner-led business.
- Actively champion and implement the organization’s policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate:
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in data center, telecom, technology, or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience building and running a channel or partner-led business, including program design, partner recruitment, and revenue ownership.
- Proven ownership of regional or multi-market indirect revenue targets.
- Experience operating in overlay or matrix leadership models.
- Credibility with senior partners and confidence leading complex, multi-party commercial negotiations.
- Achievement of regional channel- and partner-sourced bookings targets.
- Scale, quality, and predictability of partner-led pipeline.
- Productivity and influence of priority partners across markets.
- Adoption and effectiveness of the channel model by country teams.
- Strategic impact of partners on major wins and expansions.
- Ownership of a critical regional growth lever within a rapidly scaling platform.
- Clear commercial accountability with scope to shape future channel evolution.
