What we need:

Reporting to the HRBP, South East Asia, this role will :

Support day‑to‑day HR and Talent Acquisition activity in Thailand and ensures smooth execution of core HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, recruitment support, HR administration, compliance, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This role plays a key part in supporting Thailand employees and maintaining HR standards and policies.

This role is based full time on site in Chonburi, Thailand

Key responsibilities:

1.     HR Operations & Administration

  • Support employee lifecycle events, including but not limited to onboarding, probation confirmation, and offboarding
  • Prepare Employment documentation using company standard templates, including employment contracts, letters and employment certificates
  • Ensure HR data is accurate and up to date in HR systems (successfactors) and personnel files
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration (insurance, leave, allowances, etc.)

2. Recruitment Support

  • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare interview materials and support recruitment documentation
  • Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination
  • Ensure Recruitment system and reports are kept up to date and stakeholders are briefed on a regular basis regarding hiring status

3. Employee Relations Support

  • Act as a point of contact for basic HR and employee queries escalating to the HRBP as required
  • Support HRBP in handling employee relations matters
  • Help promote a positive and professional work environment
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters

4. Payroll & Time Management Coordination

  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and validating employee data
  • Coordinate attendance, leave records, and overtime information
  • Work closely with payroll vendor and finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness

5. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and internal HR controls when required

6. HR Projects & General Support

  • Support HR initiatives such as engagement activities, training coordination, and internal communications
  • Assist with HR reporting and data preparation
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Actively champion and implement the organization’s policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.

 

The successful candidate:

  • Education Level : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Thai labor law is an advantage with experience using HR systems (SuccessFactors) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive, supportive, and service‑oriented mindset with ability to work well with cross‑functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
  • Self-starter, able to think and perform independently with minimal input and supervision.
  • Excellent MS Office capabilities.
