What we need:

This position is Graduate Sales Engineer, Philippines. Digital Edge is hiring a Graduate SE to support/collaborate with our Sales, Platform and Operations teams in delivering technical solutions to customers in the data center and digital infrastructure space. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start a career in technical sales and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing industry.

 

This role will be based in BGC Taguig City, Metro Manila.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support the site tours, preparation of proposals, presentations and solution design.
  • Participate in customer meetings/engagements to provide technical support and gain exposure.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of data center solutions (power, cooling, space, connectivity).
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Platform, Operations, Facilities and other support functions.
  • Assist in preparation and submission of RFI/RFP/RFQ documents.
  • Maintain accurate updates in Country SE reports.

 

Actively champion and implement the organization’s policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interest in digital infrastructure, data centers, AI and cloud technology.
  • Good communication and technical writing skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or MS Power BI is an advantage.
  • Internships in IT, telco or data center is an advantage.
