What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, India, this role will drive and develop consistency of processes and service delivery across our Data Centre and Office locations, acting as a Centre of Excellence for corporate offices across Asia. The role will oversee global general affairs and facilities functions, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment across regions.

This role will be based in Mumbai.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of office facility and general affairs functions globally, including day-to-day office management, renovation projects, and supporting general affairs/office management personnel.
  • Manage facilities and vendor relationships, ensuring safe, functional, and well-maintained office environments.
  • Act as a central resource and leader for corporate offices across the group, collaborating with in-country teams to standardize best practices.
  • Track and support office and data center lease administration, manage corporate purchasing, and coordinate maintenance and renovation works across the region.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for consistency, alignment, and efficiency across all corporate offices.
  • Foster a strong, collaborative community among regional administrative and office management teams, encouraging cross-skilling and sharing of best practices.
  • Provide support and guidance to in-country teams, including acting as a point of contact for leaves and absences.
  • Work closely with HR, Office Management, and EHS functions to ensure onboarding and regular training for office-based staff on health and safety matters.
  • Act as the point of contact for ergonomic and safety concerns for desk-based staff, ensuring a safe and healthy workforce.
  • Actively champion and implement the organization’s policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.

 

Requirements:

 

  • More than 15+ years of experience in facilities management, general affairs, or corporate administration, with at least 7+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience working in a regional or multi-country capacity, preferably within Asia.
  • Demonstrated experience managing office renovation or relocation projects end-to-end.
  • Strong background in corporate purchasing, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Experience leading a team within a matrix structure is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Keen interest and passion for health and safety at work, with initiative to drive a culture of safe office environments.
