What we need:
The candidate is responsible for the safe operation of various systems within the site, the integrity of facilities after renovation, and the reasonable operation of facilities. Report to the Vice President of Infrastructure Operations and Site Managers in Singapore.
This position is responsible for achieving strict normal operating time, safety, compliance, capacity, and efficiency (PUE) goals for all equipment within the site, developing and timely revising maintenance plans, revising and proposing rationalization suggestions based on customer needs and the site itself.
Responsible for infrastructure management, safe operation, and PUE assessment within the site, optimizing the allocation and layout of data center infrastructure, providing support for infrastructure renovation according to customer needs, document management, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
This position is located in Beijing, China.
Key responsibilities:
- Operations & Reliability
- Manage the daily operation and monitoring of critical infrastructure, including power systems, refrigeration systems, fire and security monitoring systems
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance projects to protect operating time and asset condition
- Track facility performance indicators to drive continuous efficiency improvement
- Support upgrades, debugging, and capacity planning, collaborate with on-site and IT teams
- Engineering, Design & Projects
- Responsible for engineering evaluation, technical review, and implementation:
✔ Lifecycle replacement of facilities and equipment
✔ Reliability of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Renovation
✔ Customer demand for power distribution, refrigeration system, and rack deployment of cabinets
- Familiar with the current norms and regulations of the domestic data centre industry that have been published
- Evaluate the operation/SLA (power supply, temperature and humidity, etc.) of technology innovation data centre infrastructure to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and resilience;
- Audit of data centre health performance and PUE;
- Optimize the allocation of data centre space and power supply;
- Update of technical documents and layout drawings;
- Customer technical support and satisfaction maintenance;
- Responsible for maintaining the operation and maintenance documents (EOP/SOP/MOP) within the site
- ISO/Level 3 Safety Production System
- Manage the services of outsourcing units and regularly inspect the quality of outsourcing services
- Risk, Incident & Compliance Management

- Maintain event response readiness for power, cooling, or control system failures
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive measures
- Ensure that engineering documents, standard operating procedures (SOP), MOPs (management procedures), and procurement plans (EOP) are accurate and maintained
- Support audits and ensure compliance with:
- Safety standards
- Environmental Policy
- Information Security Requirements
- Local regulatory requirements in China

- Promote China's security ISMS、 Compliance with environmental, regulatory, and operational procedures
Actively champion and comply with policies and procedures related to workplace health & safety, information security, environmental, quality, energy management systems, incident management, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate:
Required:
- At least 2 years of experience in data center operations, engineering, or critical task facility management
- Graduated from a regular university with a bachelor's degree or above.
- Obtain industry licenses issued by national professional institutions.
- Proficient in using CAD and office software.
- Possess good ability in writing official documents.
- Strong organizational skills and communication abilities with customers, construction workers, suppliers, and others. Mature decision-making and fault resolution capabilities in high-pressure environments
- Possess basic English skills.
Preferred:
- Professional Engineer/Registered Engineer, obtained PMP, CDCDP, CDCP/CDCS and other certificates
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Environment and Equipment
- Experience in large factories or large-scale data center construction, testing, or design
- Familiar with PUE optimization, ESG projects, or carbon reduction initiatives
- Possess and master general English to facilitate communication with local governments, suppliers, and international operations teams
