FP&A Analyst, Indonesia

What we need:

Reporting to Group FP&A Manager, this role will be responsible for Group financial reporting and analysis, working closely with country finance and business stakeholders across the Group. This role will be based in Indonesia.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive the development and maintenance of monthly management reporting, annual budgets and long term projections
• Perform timely and detailed analysis of actual results against past trends and approved budgets
• Collaborate with country finance and functional leads to gather data, analyse key operational metrics and provide insights for decision making
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for board meetings and senior management review
• Support the development and implementation of financial reporting and planning platforms (i.e. Netsuite, Onestream, Power BI)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across local businesses and group functional leaders across Engineering, Construction, Operational and IT
• Actively champion and comply with policies and procedures related to workplace health & safety, information security, environmental, quality, and energy management systems, incident management, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements

The successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance and Accounting disciplines
• Minimum working experience: Minimum 5+ years’ FP&A experience, preferably in an MNC
• Experience in telecommunications / digital infrastructure sectors is beneficial
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel skills, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel Pivots, Thinkcell)
• Exceptional attention to details and good communication skills
