What we need:
This role is responsible for strengthening and standardizing Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) systems and programs across Asia.
Based in Indonesia, the EHS Program Manager focuses on building scalable frameworks, procedures, tools, and training systems that support both construction and operational data center environments across multiple markets.
Working closely with Regional and Country EHS leaders, Construction, Operations, and ESG teams, this role ensures core EHS systems and governance frameworks are aligned, consistent, and continuously improving as the platform grows.
The role includes limited regional travel (approximately <25%) to understand site-level challenges and best practices, translating insights into stronger, standardized programs and governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop, standardize, and continuously improve EHS procedures, frameworks, and safe systems of work across Asia.
- Lead enhancements to EHS management systems, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and international best practices.
- Design and maintain structured EHS onboarding programs, training modules, and competency frameworks.
- Improve and standardize incident management, risk assessment methodologies, audit protocols, and contractor prequalification processes.
- Develop governance toolkits, templates, and reporting frameworks to support country EHS leaders.
- Analyze regional EHS data trends and identify systemic improvement opportunities.
- Support digitalization initiatives related to EHS reporting, tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct periodic site visits to understand operational and construction challenges, capturing best practices and translating them into system-level improvements.
- Support internal audits, certifications, and assurance readiness where required.
- Actively champion and implement the organization’s policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate:
- Degree or diploma in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related discipline, with recognized professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent).
- 8–12 years of progressive EHS experience, with demonstrated involvement in developing or improving management systems, procedures, or governance frameworks across construction or operational environments.
- Strong understanding of EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and practical experience supporting audits, certifications, or assurance processes.
- Proven ability to design structured processes, develop documentation, and translate operational challenges into standardized tools and systems.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting EHS data trends and driving systemic improvements.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across regional and country teams.
- Comfortable working independently in a program-focused role with limited regional travel.
- Fluent in English; additional Southeast Asian language capability is an advantage.
