What we need:

 

Reporting to the Head of Investments, this role will take end to end ownership of specific investment projects and also support execution in all other active regions. This role will also drive pipeline development and partnership opportunities across the region. This role will be based in Singapore.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Drive investment decisions and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth / successful execution
  • Lead due diligence, financial analysis, research, tax and transaction structuring, negotiations, and business plan development (including customer-related dependencies).
  • Support pipeline development and partnership opportunities, particularly in Japan, and manage the full investment lifecycle — from site selection and acquisition to deal structuring and development of the project.
  • Present investment analysis / recommendations to internal stakeholders and the Investment Committee.
  • Track progress post-acquisition, manage external advisors, and resolve emerging issues.
  • Take a holistic view of the region, managing multiple concurrent projects collaboratively across the portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with JV partners, brokers, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Actively champion and comply with policies and procedures related to workplace health & safety, information security, environmental, quality, and energy management systems, incident management, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

 

The successful candidate:

  • Proven experience in investment management within the data center, real estate, private equity, Infrastructure, IT or Technology industry, with a strong track record of successful investment deals.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to effectively manage teams and drive projects towards successful completion. Project management background with substantially sized deals is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
