Roles Open for This Intake:

 

We are hiring 3 job families and roles across our Jakarta site. All roles are shift-based and site-based. Full job descriptions will be shared with registered candidates ahead of the event, but the high-level summary are provided below.

 

Facility Technician

Hands-on operation and maintenance of critical electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in a 24/7 data center environment.

 

What you'll do:

  • Monitor and maintain power, cooling, and control systems
  • Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections
  • Responding to incidents, alarms, and equipment anomalies
  • Coordinate with vendors during planned and unplanned work

What we're looking for:

  • 1–2 years' experience in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems (data center, telecom, or other critical environments preferred)
  • Vocational diploma (SMK) or higher in a relevant technical field
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Physically capable of equipment handling in operational conditions

 

Customer Care Assistant, Site Operations

First point of contact for customer inquiries, incident handling, and service coordination on site. This is a customer-facing operations role, not an engineering role.

 

What you'll do:

  • Manage customer tickets and service requests end-to-end
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve incidents within SLA
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
  • Contribute to process improvements across the customer journey

What we're looking for:

  • Prior customer service experience, ideally in data center, telco, or tech environments
  • Diploma or degree (business, operations, or related fields preferred)
  • Basic understanding of data center operations (advantage, not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English

 

Team Lead, Facility Operations

Leads a team of Facility Technicians across shifts, with day-to-day ownership of site operations, incident response, and maintenance execution.

 

What you'll do:

  • Supervise and develop a team of technicians across rotating shifts
  • Own incident response, escalation, and root-cause follow-through
  • Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and vendor standards
  • Partner with the Facility Manager on planning, reporting, and continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in data center, mission-critical facilities, or industrial operations, with at least 2 years leading a team
  • Strong technical grounding in electrical and/or mechanical systems
  • Proven track record managing incidents in a 24/7 environment
  • Diploma or degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
