What we need:

 

The Sales Director will serve as the primary commercial lead responsible for driving the end-to-end revenue lifecycle of Digital Edge Philippines, from pipeline generation through revenue realization and collections alignment.

 

The role is responsible for strengthening commercial discipline, improving forecast accuracy, accelerating enterprise and strategic account acquisition, and ensuring alignment across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Revenue Operations.

 

This role is critical in transitioning the Philippines business into a more scalable, accountable, and commercially disciplined operating unit aligned with Digital Edge’s regional growth strategy.

 

Key responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Leadership & Commercial Growth
  • Drive overall revenue growth, bookings, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRC) targets
  • Lead strategic account acquisition across enterprise markets - financial services, cloud, gaming, and regulated industries.
  • Establish and manage structured pipeline governance and forecasting discipline
  • Improve revenue conversion velocity and commercial execution discipline
  • Support expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
  1. Commercial Governance & Revenue Quality
  • Ensure pricing discipline and margin compliance across all deals
  • Align commercial structures with long-term profitability objectives
  • Work closely with Finance on deal validation, commercial approvals, and collections alignment
  • Strengthen order-to-cash coordination across Commercial, Operations, and Finance
  1. Sales Team Leadership
  • Lead and manage Account Executives and Sales Engineering alignment
  • Drive accountability, performance management, and KPI execution
  • Establish structured pipeline reviews, account reviews, and forecast cadences
  • Mentor and strengthen overall commercial capability within the Philippines team
  1. Strategic Market Development
  • Support development of strategic customer relationships and executive engagement
  • Participate in major customer negotiations and commercial strategy discussions
  • Support market positioning initiatives aligned with Digital Edges growth strategy in the Philippines
  • Actively champion and implement the organization’s policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.

 

The successful candidate:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1015 years of experience in enterprise market sales, technology, telecommunications, data center, cloud, or infrastructure sales
  • Proven leadership experience managing enterprise sales teams and strategic accounts; this includes all PH conglomerates and vast industries
  • Strong understanding of commercial governance, deal structuring, and revenue management
  • Experience handling enterprise or regulated industry accounts preferred
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability
  • Demonstrated experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial planning
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills
