Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management , Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing colocation, data center infrastructure, cloud, or hyperscale implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of data center operations and project delivery across construction phases, commissioning processes, and operations.
- Experience with Data Center New Builds and Built‑to‑Suit (BTS) projects is a strong advantage.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking, process orientation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced and high‑pressure environments.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project for tracking project progress, managing task dependencies, and reporting on schedule variances.
- Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
