What we need:


Reporting to the Head of Hyperscale Sales, this role will coordinate with customers to develop project plan including project scope, release schedule, milestones, deliverables, as well as to manage effective project implementation and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. This person will working closely with Account Managers and Implementation Managers in the locations. This role will be based in Hong Kong/ Singapore.



Key responsibilities:


  • Manage Hyperscale and Strategic clients in new colocation projects, colocation data hall migrations, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver services within agreed-upon timeframes and client expectations
  • Resolve a wide range of Hyperscale and Strategic client requests and account issues during implementation phase
  • Ensure Hyperscale and Strategic client satisfaction for a portfolio of clients through client surveys and other evaluation methods
  • Complete tasks assigned by the line manager to support accounts or projects associated with other team members' portfolios
  • Build strong relationships with Hyperscale and Strategic clients through professional interactions
  • Conduct Hyperscale and Strategic client meetings
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams, as well as implementation managers in the locations
  • Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization



The successful candidate:


  • Bachelor degree in a Computer Science, Engineering or other equivalent technical subjects
  • Experience in implementation of colocation projects in Datacenter environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Customer service focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information
  • Strong process orientation, analytical thinking, and deductive reasoning skills
  • Ability to work and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
  • Project Management qualification (i.e. PMP, Agile) will be an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint is required
