What we need:

Reporting to the VP Corporate Development - Indonesia, this role will supports the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic growth initiatives including data center developments, partnerships, acquisitions, and capital investments in Indonesia. The analyst will conduct financial analysis, market research, and transaction support to enable informed investment decisions. The role also works cross-functionally with finance, legal, engineering, procurement and external advisors to support the successful execution of corporate development projects. This role will be based in Jakarta.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the evaluation and execution of corporate development initiatives including data center investments, joint ventures, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
• Conduct financial modelling, investment analysis, and valuation assessments to support management decision-making.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis on the digital infrastructure and data center sector in Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asia region.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memo, internal presentations, and board materials for strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate and support due diligence processes including financial, commercial, legal, and technical workstreams with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Track and monitor project milestones, budgets, and development timelines for ongoing corporate development projects.
• Support negotiations and documentation related to commercial agreements, land transactions, partnerships, and investment structures.
• Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analysis to evaluate project feasibility and risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams including finance, engineering, procurement, legal, and operations to ensure alignment during project execution.

The successful candidate:

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, infrastructure investment, or financial advisory.
• Experience in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.
• Exposure to infrastructure, data centers, technology, energy, or real estate sectors is preferred.
• Experience supporting transaction processes, due diligence, or strategic investment projects is an advantage.

• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills for analysis and presentation.

Education
