About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Communications and Corporate Branding, this role plays a key part in shaping how Digital Edge communicates with and engages employees and stakeholders across the region.
The Corporate Communications Associate will support the development and delivery of internal communications.
Key responsibilities:
Internal Communications & Brand Channels
- Support the delivery of clear, engaging and consistent internal communications across Digital Edge.
- Maintain and update key internal communication channels, including employee emails, Viva Engage, staff intranet pages, company newsletters and announcements.
- Draft, publish and update internal content that keeps employees informed about company news, leadership updates, employee initiatives and CSR activities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure information on employee-facing channels is accurate, current, easy to find and aligned with Digital Edge’s brand guidelines.
- Support the upkeep of brand assets and templates, helping ensure employees have access to consistent, updated materials for presentations, documents and communications.
Staff Events, Engagement & Recognition Support
- Provide communications and planning support for staff events and employee engagement activities, including CSR initiatives, employee recognition programs and townhalls.
- Help prepare event communications, registration forms, volunteer sign-ups, promotional materials, presentation support and post-event content.
- Coordinate with HR, CSR, country teams and functional stakeholders to support smooth planning, promotion and follow-up for employee activities.
- Capture highlights, key takeaways and employee questions from townhalls or major internal sessions to support follow-up communications.
Company Social Media Support
- Contribute to content ideas, and support content planning, drafting, scheduling and coordination for Digital Edge’s LinkedIn account.
- Help develop posts that highlight company news, employee stories, CSR activities, events, culture and other approved corporate updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to source accurate information, images and approvals for social media content.
- Ensure social media content is consistent with Digital Edge’s tone of voice, brand guidelines and communications priorities.
The successful candidate:
- 2 years’ experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications, social media or related fields.
- Strong writing, editing and content coordination skills.
- Experience using or supporting employee communication channels such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, newsletters or similar platforms.
- Good coordination skills, with the ability to support events, employee programs and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks across a regional APAC environment.
