What you’ll do:
As a Compliance Admin Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customer orders and agreements meet technical, operational, and contractual compliance standards. You’ll work closely with commercial, legal, and program teams to maintain governance and ensure seamless delivery of our data center solutions.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

Order & Agreement Compliance

  • Review new and existing customer orders to ensure alignment with approved technical and contractual terms.
  • Verify that all documentation across stakeholders is complete before fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and uphold documentation hygiene for current and future projects.

 

Stakeholder Alignment

  • Partner with GTM, program management, quality, and legal teams to ensure all compliance checkpoints are met.
  • Communicate upcoming compliance updates and requirements to both internal and customer stakeholders.

 

Governance & Documentation

  • Own and maintain the compliance matrix across all customers (e.g. MSA, MTSA, CSS, HoT, CSE).
  • Ensure traceability and version control of contracts, certifications, and supporting documents.

 

Actively champion and implement the organization’s policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements. 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3–6 years of experience in order management, compliance, or customer delivery within a data center, telecom, or technology environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with technical or commercial documentation processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another Asian language is an advantage.
