What we need:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications, and this role will be responsible being the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across CPQ, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. You will play a key role in shaping scalable business processes and delivering measurable outcomes. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements from stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud implementations
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Configure and support Salesforce CPQ features including product catalog, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval workflows
- Support Revenue Cloud initiatives including billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and subscription management
- Design and optimize Service Cloud processes including case management, entitlements, SLAs, knowledge base, and omni-channel routing
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Conduct gap analysis between current-state processes and desired future-state Salesforce capabilities
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning sessions, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business users
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, data dictionaries, and BRDs
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor to business stakeholders on Salesforce best practices
- Monitor post-implementation performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to team capability building
- Actively champion and implement the organization’s policies on health & safety, environment, energy, quality, information security, and business continuity, ensuring adherence to incident reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (product configuration, pricing, quoting, approval processes)
- Proven experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (billing, subscriptions, revenue lifecycle management)
- Solid working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (case management, entitlements, knowledge, omni-channel)
- Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Revenue (O2R) business processes
- Experience writing user stories, process flows, and functional specs in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Salesforce certifications preferred: CPQ Specialist, Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, or Administrator.
