What we need:

 

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery for large-scale data center projects. This role will be reporting to Lead Design Delivery. The role involves governing BIM standards, overseeing multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring high-quality digital deliverables across design and construction teams. This role will be based at our site office in Navi Mumbai.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement project-specific BIM standards, protocols, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  • Prepare & maintain BIM Dashboard and share weekly basis highlighting progress & delays
  • To conduct BIM training workshops for New Members.
  • To Maintain Access control for BIM 360 /ACC authorization to, Members
  • Lead multidisciplinary coordination across Architectural, Structural, MEP, ELV, ICT, Fire systems, Security and mission-critical systems.
  • Support capacity planning, spatial coordination, and equipment clearances within technical rooms.
  • Conduct clash detection, track issues, and drive timely resolution with design and construction partners.
  • Conduct regular clash detection sessions using tools like Navisworks / BIM 360 / ACC.

Track and ensure timely resolution of clashes and design inconsistencies.

  • Review and validate models for accuracy, LOD compliance, constructability, and data quality.
  • Manage BIM workflows, documentation, and collaboration on ACC/BIM 360. Manage BIM-related schedules, deliverables, and review cycles.
  • Govern BIM deliverables from consultants, contractors, PMCs and OEMs to ensure alignment with the client requirements.
  • Provide model-based insights during design reviews and stakeholder meetings.
  • Support 4D/5D modelling, quantity extractions, and construction sequencing as required.
  • Coordinate as-built model development and asset information for handover and digital twin readiness.
  • Actively champion and comply with policies and procedures related to workplace health & safety, information security, environmental, quality, energy management systems, incident management, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

 

 

The successful candidate:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); BIM certification preferred.
  • 8–15 years’ total experience, with at least 5+ years in BIM management.
  • Proven experience on large, MEP-intensive or mission-critical projects (preferably data centres).
  • Strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, AutoCAD and other relevant BIM platforms.
  • Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards, LOD frameworks, and model QA/QC workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead coordination meetings and manage multiple design and construction stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
