What we need:

 

Reporting to the Manager, Operations Support, this role will provide satisfactory services to customers and ensure continuous reliable operations of the data center.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Support the implementation & deployment of Data Center Operations processes
  • Customer order provisioning & installation updating
  • In-country operations documentation update & support for ISO program certification
  • Support Customer audit request & certification audit
  • Data center security related procedures
  • Support in operations budget planning & tracking of budget spending
  • Support in generation of Customer reports and Operations Performance / Management reports
  • Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization.

 

The successful candidate:

  • College degree or above, computer-related or engineering major related is preferred
  • Relevant work experience in data center operations and operations support will be an advantage
  • Familiar with ISO documentation and certification procedures
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and strong document writing ability
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit and problem solving skills
  • Good oral & written English and Japanese skills are preferred, not necessary but Mandarin will be a plus.
