We are currently opening an opportunity for the position of Agent, Property Relations to join our team

 

What we need:

 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with property owners, building management teams, and other stakeholders to support the company's network expansion and operational activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and is capable of building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners, building management, and other external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate site access, permits, and documentation required for network deployment and operational activities.
  • Assist in negotiating agreements and maintaining property-related contracts.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and property stakeholders.
  • Resolve property-related issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of property-related activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Engineering, and Legal, to support business objectives.

 

The successful candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in property relations, leasing, real estate, telecommunications, or stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
