What we need:

 

Reporting to the Country Manager, Philippines, this role requires strict adherence to company policies and will focus on collaborating with the team to sell the Digital Edge platform, promoting the Digital Edge value proposition to prospects, customers, and the market, developing customer relationships and expanding the business. This role is based in Manila, the Philippines.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new customers, sell the DE value proposition, and manage customer acquisition process throughout sales cycle
  • Manage assigned existing customers to increase spend, maximize profitability, maintain revenue and reduce churn
  • Achieve designated sales (bookings and revenue) objectives, while forecasting accurately, and maintaining opportunities in CRM system
  • Develop and expand executive relationships within key accounts, maintain strategic account plans, conduct regular customer business reviews
  • Facilitate customer relationships for timely resolution of customer issues
  • Lead and drive coordinated sales engagement with the extended sales and sales support teams, including deal reviews
  • Collaborate with regional sales team for export sales of Digital Edge platform
  • Actively champion and comply with policies and procedures related to workplace health & safety, information security, environmental, quality, and energy management systems, incident management, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.  

 

The successful candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications/IT industry
  • Strong interest and passion in technology
  • Independent, self-starter, and able to collaborate with a regional team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and effectively convey value propositions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create proposal materials and manage progress
