What we need:

 

Reporting to the Sales Director, we seek a dynamic account executive to drive sales. The role involves building long-term client relationships, expanding sales pipelines and aligning solutions with business needs. This role will be based in Beijing, China.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Client acquisition & retention

Identify and target enterprise clients in mutiple sectors which requiring data center solutions.

Develop customized proposals addressing client pain points.

 

  • Technical Consultation

Conduct needs assessment to recommend tailored IDC services.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client infrastructure.

 

  • Sales pipeline management

Achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets through proactive lead generation and CRM utiliztion.

Negotiate contracts and pricing models.

 

  • Market intelligence

Monitor trends in data center technologies to position offerings competitively

 

  • Cross-functional collaboration

Work with sales engineering, operation, finance teams to refine service portfolios based on client feedback and achieve the revenue target as well.

 

  • Actively champion and implement policies and procedures for occupational health & safety in the workplace, information security management, environmental management systems; incident management; and comply with all legal regulatory requirements of the organization

 

The successful candidate:

 

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in IDC, cloud service or enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in technical enviroments and understanding of data center operations. Existing network of contacts in target industries is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven and good team player.
